1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) establish the rights and obligations between Skydive d.o.o. (“Skydive Deal”, “SkydiveDeal.com”, “We”, “Us”, “Seller”) and you, the customer (“You”, “Buyer”, “Customer”), and constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Skydive Deal. These Terms apply to your access to and use of the website available at SkydiveDeal.com (the “Website”, the “Site”) and to any request to purchase or intention to purchase products or services offered by us, including new and used skydiving equipment.
By accessing or using the Site, submitting an order request, or communicating with us via the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Site or place an order.
Supplemental terms, policies, or product-specific conditions that may appear on individual product pages, checkout pages, order forms, or email communication from us are considered incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update or modify these Terms at any time and for any reason. Any changes become effective upon being published on the Site, unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Site after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Privacy and Cookies
Any personal information you provide to us is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are included in these Terms (see Sections 23 and 24 below). By using the Site and by submitting an order, you consent to such processing and you confirm that all data you provide is accurate.
4. General Rules of Sale
The purchase process on SkydiveDeal.com is based on a direct quote model, not instant checkout. You may browse available products (new or used), add them to your cart, and submit your cart to us. After submitting your request, our team will review availability, specifications, and configuration details, and respond to you via e-mail with an offer (quotation), additional questions, or both.
A sales contract between you and Skydive Deal is considered concluded only after you accept the final written offer we provide and payment has been received by us in full, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Skydive Deal undertakes to supply the products agreed in the offer, and you undertake to provide accurate delivery information, complete and truthful details, and to pay for the agreed products in accordance with these Terms.
5. Eligibility / Buyers
By submitting an order request through the Site, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age;
- All information you provide to us is true, complete, and not misleading;
- You are legally permitted to purchase and use the skydiving equipment in your jurisdiction;
- You will use the products in accordance with applicable laws, training standards, and safety regulations.
You agree to act in good faith and comply with all applicable laws when interacting with us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, provided false or incomplete information, acted in bad faith, or attempted to obtain regulated equipment without proper qualifications.
6. Account / Registration
SkydiveDeal.com does not require you to create a customer account or register on the Website in order to submit a request. You may browse products, select desired items (including new and used equipment), and submit them to us for quotation without logging in.
If in the future we offer an optional account area (for example, to view past orders or saved configurations), you will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
7. Placing an Order / Order Process
The ordering workflow on SkydiveDeal.com operates as follows:
- You browse products and add the items you are interested in to your cart.
- You submit the cart (your request) to Skydive Deal. This is not yet a binding purchase.
- We review availability, specifications, sizing, color options, build options, and delivery details.
- We contact you by e-mail. You will receive either:
(a) a formal quote with payment instructions, or
(b) a request for additional information (for example: container measurements, harness sizing, preferred canopy size, AAD model, color layout for custom gear, etc.). - If the product you are interested in is custom-built, we may send you an order form to complete and return to us by e-mail.
- Once details are confirmed, we send you a final offer. Acceptance of that offer and receipt of full payment forms a binding sales contract between you and Skydive Deal.
Skydive Deal reserves the right to refuse, modify, or limit any order request at our discretion, including: limiting quantities, declining certain shipping destinations, or declining requests we consider unsafe, unlawful, impractical, or inconsistent with manufacturer requirements.
8. Availability of Products
All products, including but not limited to main canopies, reserve canopies, harness & container systems, automatic activation devices (AADs), replacement parts, and complete rigs (new or used), are offered subject to availability.
Some items may be in stock and ready to ship. Others may be made-to-order, custom-built, or sourced from a third-party manufacturer. Some used items may be one-of-a-kind and no longer available once sold.
We do not guarantee that any item displayed on the Site will be available at the time of your request, quotation, or payment. If an item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or an updated timeline. You are free to accept or decline the alternative.
If your request includes multiple products and one or more of them is delayed or unavailable, we may (at our discretion) split the order into multiple shipments or wait and ship all items together. We will communicate the options to you.
9. Product Descriptions, Specifications and Images
We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately, including key characteristics such as type of canopy, size, wing loading range, container compatibility, AAD type, inspection status (for used gear), and general condition.
However, actual materials, stitching, harness fit, handling characteristics, fabric color, or cosmetic condition may differ slightly from photos or text descriptions due to lighting, monitor display differences, manufacturer updates, prior use of the equipment (for used gear), or normal production tolerances.
For used equipment, we may include inspection notes and, in some cases, test jump notes. These are provided for transparency and do not replace a full inspection by a certified rigger before use.
Skydive Deal does not warrant that product descriptions, images, or technical information on the Site are error-free, complete, or current. If we discover an error (including pricing, description, or availability), we reserve the right to correct it and, if necessary, refuse or cancel any affected order prior to shipment.
10. Custom-Made / Built-to-Order Gear
Certain products are manufactured specifically for you (for example: custom harness & container systems, custom-colored main or reserve canopies, cutaway systems, jumpsuits, or complete rigs built to your measurements). These items may require you to complete an order form that includes size, measurements, color choices, embroidery, and configuration details.
Custom-made items generally require a longer production time. Estimated lead times are a guideline only. Manufacturing timelines are controlled by the respective manufacturer, not by Skydive Deal. Delays in production do not entitle you to cancel the order or demand compensation unless required by applicable mandatory law.
Custom-made and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective, incorrect, or not in conformity with the agreed specification in a material way.
11. Pricing and Currency
All prices are shown in Euros (EUR, €) unless stated otherwise. Prices may include or exclude VAT / sales tax, depending on your location and applicable tax rules. Any applicable delivery costs, customs duties, and import taxes are your responsibility unless explicitly stated in writing.
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Special offers, discounts, and promotions may be time-limited and may be withdrawn at our discretion. We are not obligated to honor past prices.
If a pricing error is discovered, we may decline or cancel any order affected by the error, even if you have already received a quotation or sent payment. In such a case, any payment received for the affected item will be refunded.
12. Payment
Skydive Deal currently accepts payment by bank transfer only, unless otherwise stated in your written quote. You will receive payment instructions (including the amount due and bank details) with your final offer.
You are responsible for any transfer fees, international banking fees, or currency conversion costs charged by your bank or payment provider. We will consider the order confirmed only after the full amount (net of fees) has cleared in our account, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For custom-made products, we may require an advance (deposit / partial pre-payment) before we begin the production process with the manufacturer, with the remaining balance due before shipment to you. Details will be provided in the quotation for that item.
13. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide whenever reasonably possible. Shipping costs, methods, insurance, customs duties, and delivery timelines depend on your location, the nature of the product (for example: container, canopy, AAD), and courier availability.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery.
Any delivery times or estimates we provide are guidelines only. They are not guaranteed delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, courier networks, export/import inspections, manufacturing delays, force majeure events, or any circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you once the goods are delivered to the delivery address you provided (or collected by you or your agent). From that moment, you are responsible for the goods.
14. Condition on Delivery / Inspection on Receipt
Upon receiving your shipment, you must inspect the package and the products as soon as reasonably possible. If you notice visible transport damage or believe items are missing or incorrect, you must notify us promptly in writing (e.g. by email to info@skydivedeal.com) and, where applicable, note the issue with the courier on delivery.
If you fail to inform us of transport damage, missing items, or visible defects within a reasonable period after delivery, we may not be able to investigate with the courier or recover costs.
15. Returns, Withdrawal and Refunds
Your right to return goods or withdraw from the purchase depends on the type of product:

Custom-made / personalized items:
Items made specifically for you (for example custom-sized harness & container systems, custom-colored canopies, embroidered gear, etc.) are generally non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the item is defective, significantly non-conforming to the agreed specifications, or otherwise required by mandatory consumer law. -
New, non-custom items:
If the item is standard (not customized and not used) and was not specifically built for you, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that:- The item is unused and in original condition;
- All original labels, documentation, components, safety devices, handles, etc. are present;
- The item has not been jumped or exposed to conditions that affect airworthiness or safety;
- You contact us in writing within 14 days of delivery to request return authorization.

Used equipment:
Used gear is sold as described, based on inspection notes known at the time of sale. Because used items may have wear, jump history, relines, patchwork, cosmetic markings, etc., they are typically not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If you believe the item was significantly misrepresented, contact us within 5 business days of delivery and we will review your case.
If we approve a return, you must send the item back in the condition in which it was delivered. We may reduce or refuse a refund if the product has been damaged, altered, jumped, modified, unpacked unsafely, or is missing parts.
Refunds, where approved, will generally be made by bank transfer to the account you used for payment, within a reasonable period after we receive and inspect the returned item.
16. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what was agreed in the final offer, please notify us as soon as possible and no later than 5 business days after delivery. We may request photos, serial numbers, inspection notes, or that you return the item for evaluation.
Where appropriate and legally required, we may:
- arrange repair,
- offer a replacement (if available),
- offer a partial refund or price adjustment, or
- offer a full refund upon return of the item.
We are not responsible for defects resulting from improper use, wear and tear, jumping equipment outside its recommended limits, damage caused after delivery, or failure to follow manufacturer/safety guidelines.
17. Safety and Technical Use Disclaimer
Skydiving, parachuting, BASE-type activity, and related aerial sports are inherently dangerous. The selection, assembly, packing, inspection, maintenance, storage, and use of skydiving equipment require professional training and qualifications.
By purchasing or attempting to purchase any product from Skydive Deal, you confirm and agree that:
- You understand the risks associated with skydiving equipment;
- You will only jump with equipment that has been inspected and approved by a properly qualified and certified rigger / instructor;
- You will follow all applicable manufacturer guidelines, service bulletins, packing requirements, and maintenance schedules;
- You accept full responsibility for the safe and lawful use of any equipment you obtain from us.
Skydive Deal does not guarantee that any specific piece of equipment is suitable for your skill level, body weight, wing loading, discipline, local regulations, or training status. You are solely responsible for ensuring legal and safe use of the equipment in your jurisdiction.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skydive Deal, its owners, directors, employees, riggers, instructors, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind, including (without limitation) personal injury, death, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of equipment, or any other loss arising from or related to:
- Your use or misuse of products purchased through the Site;
- Your participation in skydiving or related activities;
- Delays, delivery issues, customs seizures, courier handling, or force majeure events;
- Any reliance on technical descriptions, sizing suggestions, or inspection notes provided on the Site or by e-mail.
In any case where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you shall be limited to the total amount actually paid by you to Skydive Deal for the product giving rise to the claim.
19. Events Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: strikes, labor disputes, acts of war or terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics, import/export restrictions, transportation or courier disruptions, manufacturer shutdowns, government actions, or failure of telecommunications or power networks.
During such an event, our obligations are suspended for the duration of the event. If the delay is excessive, we may cancel your order and, if payment was received for undelivered items, refund you that amount as applicable.
20. Intellectual Property
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all text, logos, visuals, product descriptions, data, page layout, and other content displayed on SkydiveDeal.com are the property of Skydive Deal or are used under license/permission. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, display, or exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.
21. Communications with You
By submitting a request, contacting us via the Site, or providing your e-mail address, you agree that we may contact you electronically to (i) confirm details of your order request, (ii) request additional measurements or configuration info, (iii) send offers and payment instructions, and (iv) provide updates regarding shipping, delivery, returns, or safety notices.
Where applicable law requires written communication, you agree that electronic communication (e-mail or notices on the Site) satisfies that requirement.
22. Links to Other Websites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated or controlled by Skydive Deal. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, or practices of those external sites. Accessing any third-party site is at your own risk.
23. Privacy Policy
We collect and process personal data in order to provide quotations, prepare and deliver orders, respond to questions, and comply with legal obligations (for example, invoicing, customs documentation, product traceability). The types of data we may collect include your name, contact details, delivery address, e-mail, phone number, order history, requested configuration/measurements for custom gear, and communication records.
We may also keep internal notes relating to inspection status of used gear you are interested in, compatibility discussions (for example container/canopy sizing), and any safety-related warnings or limitations we have communicated to you.
We use this data to:
- prepare and send quotations,
- fulfill and deliver orders,
- contact you about your order or delivery,
- handle returns and warranty/defect cases,
- comply with accounting and legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share limited necessary data with logistics providers, customs agents, payment processors (if applicable) and manufacturers, but only to the extent required to deliver your order or to produce a custom item you requested.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no electronic transmission or storage system is 100% secure. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you provide this information at your own risk and that electronic communications can involve some level of security exposure.

24. Cookie Policy
The Site may use cookies or similar technologies to:
- remember which products you have added to your cart before submitting your request,
- track basic usage analytics (for example, which pages are visited most),

By continuing to use the Site, you consent to our use of cookies. Where required by law, we will present a cookie notice or request consent for non-essential cookies.
25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, any order, or any product purchased from Skydive Deal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Croatia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
26. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (including any policies or terms incorporated by reference, such as Privacy and Cookie sections) constitute the entire agreement between you and Skydive Deal with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, negotiations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
