All payments are made by bank transfer (wire payment) upon receiving a proforma invoice. All prices and invoices are issued in euros (EUR).
Do you offer online or card payments?

Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship worldwide via DHL and UPS, using insured international delivery with real-time tracking.
Who covers customs and import taxes?
Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. There are no customs fees for deliveries within the European Union.
Can I pick up my order in person?

What warranty do your products have?

Do you sell certified used gear?
Yes. All used gear listed on SkydiveDeal.com is inspected by certified riggers and verified as airworthy. A detailed inspection report or airworthiness statement can be requested for an additional fee.
Can you assemble a complete, ready-to-jump rig?
Yes, we offer professional assembly and “ready-to-jump” configuration for complete rigs. This service is performed by experienced riggers and can be added for an additional fee.
Are your products certified (TSO, EASA, etc.)?
Certification depends on the manufacturer and product type. Most equipment is TSO, EASA, or equivalent certified, and certification details are always listed in the product description or available upon request.
How long does delivery usually take?
Delivery time depends on product availability and destination. In-stock items usually ship within 3–7 business days, while custom-made equipment may require additional production time. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Do you provide support and gear advice?
Absolutely. Our team consists of active skydivers, instructors, and riggers with years of real-world experience. We’re happy to guide you in choosing the right gear based on your experience, discipline, and preferences.
Can I return or exchange equipment?
Returns are handled according to each manufacturer’s policy. In general, unused items in their original packaging may be eligible for return or exchange — please contact us for details before shipping anything back.
