Product Description
The Wingsuit CYPRES 2 (WSC) is the first automatic activation device (AAD) designed specifically for the unique flight profile of wingsuit skydiving.
Unlike standard AADs that rely on a single combination of altitude and vertical speed, the WSC uses two distinct parameter sets—one for wingsuit flight and one for canopy flight—ensuring accurate activation throughout all phases of a wingsuit jump.
During wingsuit flight, the WSC monitors your descent using wingsuit-specific parameters.
Once it detects canopy deployment characteristics, it automatically switches to canopy-flight parameters and provides an audio confirmation tone inside your helmet.
This adaptive system guarantees optimal safety whether you are gliding in a wingsuit or flying under canopy.
Aside from wingsuiting, the WSC can be used in all other skydiving disciplines, with identical handling and interface as all other civilian CYPRES 2 models.
